Executive leadership virtual workshop

12 fully-funded places are available for executive and senior leaders in Scotland who would like to know more about the circular economy and construction. 

This 3.5hour virtual workshop has been developed by Edinburgh Napier University and Zero Waste Scotland and will take place on Wednesday 24th February 2021 from 1300 to 1630. 

Who the workshop is for

  • Executive and senior leaders who are currently working in the built environment industry.

What you will get from the workshop

  • Further develop your awareness of the Circular Economy;
  • Review Case Studies related to the Circular Economy and Built Environment;
  • Identify and evaluate national and international Circular Economy strategies;
  • Apply Circular Economy and Leadership thinking to your own organisation;
  • Identify skills, including meta skills, that are central to embedding a Circular Economy.

About the workshop lecturers/facilitators

Dr Xavier Pierron

Dr Pierron is Lecturer in Business Strategy and the Circular Economy. His research in Behavioural Economics includes working with mobile phone firms to understand consumer behaviours and develop circular economy principles in the smartphone industry.

Dr Chris Cramphorn

Dr Cramphorn is Associate Professor in Enterprise & Innovation. His research includes developing high growth companies and new business models and has professional experience in developing high growth and sustainability related firms and investments for venture capital.
